Mesón’s menu is one that distinguishes itself by using a combination of audacious culinary creations as well as typical and traditional Spanish flavours, all while providing a comfort food feel.Inspired from different regions of Spain, the recipes at Mesón call for the use of fresh tomato, parsley and a variety of cheeses. The fish, seafood, poultry and meat are prepared in simple manner and aromatized with a balance of spices, olive oil and vinegar.
